There is still 1 individual listed on my Roll of Honour that I haven’t been able to place in a family or branch:
Charles Arthur Micklethwaite – died 14 July 1916, Prince of Wales Own West Yorkshire Regiment 4090, on Thiepval memorial. There is a birth for an individual of this name in Hunslet in December quarter 1895, and there is also a Charles Micklethwaite born and died in Hunslet in March quarter 1895. Looking at the 1911 census, Joah and Sarah nee Crossland are resident Hunslet and had a child who died before the census, so that might be the family from which Charles came. But I still haven’t found a suitable family for Charles Arthur.
